Uses self-assessments to increase awareness of leadership strengths, weaknesses, and styles, and teaches various leadership skills and tools.
Session II – Denver, CO
Class 22 – October 5-8, 2026
Class 23 – October 4-7, 2027
Uses simulations and small group exercises to increase awareness of group and team dynamics, the role of individuals within those groups and teams, and how communication, conflict, change, and collaboration affect teams.
Session III – Atlanta, GA
Class 22 – February 22-26, 2027
Class 23 – February 22-25, 2028
Focuses on organizational leadership through collaboration, communication, and managing change.
