Uses self-assessments to increase awareness of leadership strengths, weaknesses, and styles, and teaches various leadership skills and tools.
Session II – Denver, CO
Class 19 – October 2-5, 2023
Class 20 – October 7-10, 2024
Uses simulations and small group exercises to increase awareness of group and team dynamics, the role of individuals within those groups and teams, and how communication, conflict, change, and collaboration affect teams.
Session III – Washington, DC
Class 19 – February 19-23, 2024
Class 20 – February 17-21, 2025
Focuses on organizational leadership through collaboration, communication, and managing change.
