Q: Do I have to attend all three in-person sessions?

A: Your full participation in all components of the program is required.

Q: What happens if I have to miss a session due to something out of my control?

A: In the rare occasion that this might happen, the participant will work directly with program administrators to determine the best course of action.

Q: Can I have guests travel with me?

A: LEAD21 is an intensive development program for participants only. In so much, family members and guests are not allowed on site during the days of the program.  Exceptions include nursing mothers who need childcare during the program or caregivers for participants with significant health conditions. Participants requesting an exception to the family or guest policy should contact LEAD21 program staff at least four weeks prior to the session.

Q: What is the policy for withdrawal or substitution of a LEAD21 participant?

A: Due to the number of applicants on the waiting list, if an individual withdraws from the program on or before March 15, the institution is not guaranteed a substitution. The available seat will be offered to the next individual on the waiting list. Refunds are offered on the following schedule. Please contact LEAD21 Program staff to discuss options.
